Translation services for translation agencies, companies and private individuals
I offer translation services from German to Finnish language and Finnish to German. I work as a freelancer for Finnish and international translation agencies, as well as directly for companies, institutions and private individuals. I have translated marketing materials, legal contracts and documents, websites, financial and medical texts.
The accuracy of the contents of the translation, in respect of the terms of the text, will be checked by an expert in the field. When translating into the German language, a native German speaker always checks the translation.
In my work I follow the recommendations of the Finnish Association of Translators (http://www.sktl.fi/) concerning contracts and guidance for good translations. I use the translation tools Trados Studio 2015 and MemoQ, which both speed up the translation process and help to ensure a higher quality of translation for example in the use of specialist terminology.
